Morrison-Maierle named to “Best Firms To Work For” list for third consecutive year; also named to national ENR ranking
For the third consecutive year, Morrison-Maierle has been named as one of the “Best Firms To Work For” by professional services industry leader, The Zweig Group. The Zweig Group measures business success in the architecture, engineering, and environmental consulting industries throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Additionally, the firm was also placed on Engineering News Record’s (ENR) 2016 Top 500 list. Since ENR began this ranking in 1965, Morrison-Maierle has been ranked all but six years.
Headquartered in Helena, Montana, Morrison-Maierle placed 15th in the multi-discipline category in the Best Firms Top 100 listing of firms that include architecture, civil engineering, multi-discipline engineering, and structural engineering. The firm’s 2016 ranking is up 15 places from last year’s 30th place finish. The Zweig Group’s “Best Firms to Work For” recognizes the top firms that are creating work places that inspire, motivate, and reward their employees both professionally and personally.
This year’s selection process included the evaluation and compilation of corporate-level and employee-level surveys. Areas of focus were culture, recruiting and retention, performance management and recognition, compensation, benefits, and professional development.
“We are always very pleased to receive awards and acknowledgements for our work, but this one is particularly noteworthy because it’s a reflection of our people, the work they do, and the work environment they have created here at Morrison-Maierle,” said Bob Morrison, President and CEO. “Morrison-Maierle would not be where it is today without our employee-owners and the integrity, commitment, respect, and excellence they bring to their clients, partners, and co-workers.”
This is the fourth time Morrison-Maierle has been named to the Top 100 list. It was previously recognized in 2015, 2014, and 2008. The Zweig Group’s “Best Firms to Work For” list began in 2001.
