2021 Year in Review

Last year was important for the growth of Morrison-Maierle. In 2021, we adopted a new strategic plan, elevated colleagues to positions of leadership, and won awards for technical excellence and best-in-class client service. Clarity Strategic Plan

We adopted our forward-looking strategic plan in 2021. Clarity was conceived with an eye toward the growth and success of our people, our clients, our company, and our future. Involving significant input from our clients and countless hours of engagement from our employee-owners, Clarity will guide our actions and shape our future into 2025.


Award Winning

In 2021, we were honored to receive awards for company and project success. We received five Montana ACEC Engineering Excellence Awards as well as an award for client satisfaction from PSMJ.

Additionally, Morrison-Maierle Systems, our technology subsidiary, earned a spot on the prestigious Channel Futures MSP 501 list for managed services providers (MSP). Systems is one of only 27 MSP from the western United States and they are the sole provider in Montana.


People Promotions / Leadership Updates

Three of our long-time employee-owners were added to our leadership team this year and we are thrilled to watch them grow in their new roles.


Employee Ownership

In 2021, the Employee Ownership Committee (EOC) continued to find ways to promote an ownership mindset and celebrate our employee-owners. This year, we were thrilled to congratulate over 20 employee-owners on reaching the next stage of vesting at Morrison-Maierle.


Community Support

We continue to look for ways to support our neighborhoods, non-profits, and communities. From holiday-focused adopt-a-family programs to expanding our support for local charities, 2021 brought Morrison-Maierle and our employee-owners many ways to give back to the places we care so much about.
