
Mechanical and electrical engineering design and drafting services expand with the hiring of four experienced professionals.
Jill Cook, Operations Manager, center, welcomed Ryan Thomson, PE; Jeff Kraft, PE; Terry Jiracek; and Chris Lord to our Buildings team toward the end of 2019 (pictured from left to right). The four are in our Billings office and have formed the office’s Buildings Market Group and have been connecting with communities and clients in both Montana and Wyoming.
Ryan Thomson, PE, is a senior mechanical engineer. He is a native of Billings, Montana. Ryan graduated in 2002 from Montana State University with a degree in mechanical engineering. He is a licensed PE in Montana and Wyoming.
Jeff Kraft, PE, is the Billings office’s Buildings Market Group Office Leader. In this role, he will help expand the Buildings Market Group in Billings and Wyoming. He is an electrical engineer and a native of Laurel, Montana, as well as a Montana State graduate. He is a certified Professional Engineer in MT, WY, SD, MN, UT, CO, AZ, OK, TX and NM. Jeff is also a LEED accredited professional and is lighting certified by the National Council on Qualifications.
Terry Jiracek joins the Morrison-Maierle Billings Buildings Group as a CAD designer. In this role, he works on electrical design projects using Autodesk Revit. He also works on bidding and post construction services such as field visits, shop drawing reviews, and project close out. He grew up in Cowley, Wyoming, and is a 2002 Montana State Northern graduate with a B.S. in design drafting technology.
Chris Lord is a CAD technician. In his role, he designs mechanical systems and provides support to other offices as needed. He is a native of Laurel, Montana and is a graduate with an A.A.S. in drafting and design technology from MSU-Billings.
