Employee Ownership in 2021

Since 1945, Morrison-Maierle has been employee-owned in one manner or another, and since 2017, we have been 100% employee-owned.

This means that on your first day, you are a part-owner of our company.

Employee-owners become fully vested after six years of service. Each year, we celebrate the employee-owners who have reached the next level of vesting. Congratulations to all who reached these milestones in 2021!
