New Baseball Stadium Project Unveiled in Video, Trade Journal
Kalispell – Morrison-Maierle’s new project for Ridge Run Baseball, LLC., and the Glacier Range Riders was announced Jan. 19, 2022, in Ballpark Digest’s website. A&E Design, who provided architectural design, also released a walk-through video.
Morrison-Maierle’s team provided structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and information and communications technology (ICT) services for this project. Our civil team also provided studies and reports for land, traffic, water, and wastewater services for site development.
The project site, located on a hill along Highway 93, required a unique approach to the engineering design that used concrete and steel because it is being fabricated off-site. It will be assembled this spring by Swank Enterprises. Upon completion, the stadium will have 2,500 permanent seats and a total capacity of 4,000. Other features include 12 luxury suites, restaurant, concession stands, team shop, and 15,000 sq. ft. training facility.
Ridge Run Baseball also announced the team’s name—Glacier Range Riders—and unveiled the logo and the story behind it. Read more about the new name and mascot.
