Steve Brown Joins the Great Falls Office
Steve Brown recently joined the Great Falls office as an Airport Engineer Intern II. In this role, he will have a variety of responsibilities with our airport clients including project management, design and construction administration, and planning projects.
Steve grew up in Great Falls. He attended Montana Tech and earned his BS in general engineering with a civil option in 2004. He is currently studying to take his PE exam.
Before coming to Morrison-Maierle, he worked for Stelling Engineers and then KLJ after they acquired Stelling. During his time there he worked on construction administration and design engineering on an array of transportation, site development, and water-wastewater projects. However, he primarily focused on airport work.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time camping or rafting with his wife Lindsey and their six boys, Bradyn, Bryce, Bridger, Braxton, Brooks, and Brevin, and their four-month-old lab, Oakley.
He is also active in the Great Falls community and each January he helps to organize “The Harvest” event. The Harvest is a men’s-only fundraising event that includes a featured speaker with a live and silent auction as well as a raffle drawing. All of the funds go to filling freezers with food to provide support to those in need. Since 2010, over 80 freezers have been donated to community families.
