San Bernardino Regional Emergency Training Center The San Bernardino Regional Emergency Training Center (SBRETC) in San Bernardino, California, is a state-of-art Aircraft Rescue Firefighting (ARFF) training facility that offers programs designed to expose students to real life training exercises. Morrison-Maierle began work on the propane equipment acquisition, site layout study and concept design in 2000.
