Firm honored with three Montana ACEC Engineering Excellence Awards We are pleased to announce that three of our recent projects have won 2017 Engineering Excellence Awards from the Montana chapter of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC). The awards were presented November 2, 2016, at the Joint Engineering Conference (JEC) in Helena, Montana. Morrison-Maierle’s Flower Creek Dam Improvements project took the top honors in the Water Resources Category. After significant review and study, the City of Libby determined that the existing 1940-era Flower Creek Dam was beyond repair. Morrison-Maierle determined the best solution was to build a completely different structure, a mass-concrete gravity dam.Read More →
