Chinook Water Treatment Plant Improvements Project Morrison-Maierle was hired by the City of Chinook in 2011 to prepare a Preliminary Engineering Report to identify the demands on the Chinook Water Treatment Plant for the next 20 years. The primary objectives of the project included replacing aging equipment, improving the overall reliability of the treatment system, and addressing the challenging raw water quality conditions of the Milk River by providing operational flexibility.
