Rocky Mountain Emergency Services Training Center The Rocky Mountain Emergency Services Training Center (RMESTC) in Helena, Montana, provides some of the most realistic first responder training available in the world today. In operation since 1996, the facility and its training services continue to be refined and improved by the Helena Regional Airport Authority. Morrison-Maierle was there since the beginning, designing the initial Aircraft Rescue Firefighting (ARFF) training center.
