Fire Protection Engineering Services Expanded with Hiring of Russell Williams Russell Williams, PE, NICET III, joined the Kalispell Office as a Fire Protection Engineer. In this role, he will work on providing performance-based designs, complete fire sprinkler designs, and review contractor’s shop drawings under Tom Coburn. Russell grew up in Missoula, MT. With this promotion, he will oversee the office’s operations for its work in mechanical, electrical, and structural projects.
