Sonya Leckner

With more than 20 years of experience at Morrison-Maierle, Sonya Leckner is no stranger to our core purpose of building better communities. As our Chief Financial Officer, she believes that we can’t support our clients and communities without ensuring that everything is accounted for.

She says, “the financial health of any organization is paramount to its success. Establishing financial strategies and policies that support the strategic objectives of Morrison-Maierle—and foster employee-owner growth—are the most rewarding things for me.”

Active in a wide variety of company initiatives, Sonya is a long-term member of the 401k Committee. She has also facilitated an interoffice company book club to foster connections among employee-owners with diverse backgrounds.
