As a water resources engineer, Nik Ortman enjoys working on projects “in my backyard” or closely connected to his home in Missoula, Montana.
With eight years of experience in the industry and professional licenses across the Northwest, he enjoys opportunities to solve complex water resources problems and to contribute to projects that steward the natural world.
“My favorite projects are the ones that have a real impact on people’s lives in the areas where we live and play,” says Nik.
He feels lucky to be just minutes away from some of the best skiing, hiking, biking, and floating in our nearby mountains, forests, and waterways.
