Jeff Cicon is the Great Falls Water-Wastewater Office Group Manager and a professional engineer licensed throughout the West. He specializes in water and sewer planning, water supply and distribution, storage design, sewer collection and treatment, stormwater design, grading, and construction administration.

In addition to his technical expertise, Jeff brings extensive experience in project management, client service, project funding, easement acquisition, and community outreach. He enjoys helping communities navigate complex infrastructure challenges and identifying funding opportunities that make critical water and wastewater improvements possible. For Jeff, successful projects are built on communication, collaboration, and a clear understanding of each community’s needs.

What Jeff finds most rewarding about his work is helping communities improve the essential water and sewer services people depend on every day. From providing safe drinking water to protecting the environment through effective wastewater management and treatment, he takes pride in delivering infrastructure improvements that support the long-term health and growth of the communities Morrison-Maierle serves. His approach closely aligns with the company’s mission to “create solutions that build better communities.”

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys following Bobcat football, camping, working in his shop, listening to music, and spending time outdoors.
