CR Leisinger Named to Leadership Role

We are excited to announce that CR Leisinger has stepped into a leadership role as the Kalispell/Missoula Region Water-Wastewater Market Group Office Leader.

In this position, CR intends to focus on driving stronger collaboration between the Kalispell and Missoula teams while continuing to deliver high-quality solutions to municipal clients across the region. As a licensed Professional Engineer in Montana, he brings experience in the design and project management of municipal civil projects, including water, sewer, and street infrastructure. He is especially excited to expand his involvement with the Missoula office—supporting its staff, operations, and key clients such as the City of Missoula—while building on his leadership of the Kalispell team.

CR is passionate about projects that directly benefit communities. He particularly finds fulfillment in municipal road reconstruction efforts, which require balancing transportation, utility, and community needs. These projects often involve integrated water, sewer, and stormwater design, making them both complex and rewarding. One of the highlights of his career was contributing to the Flower Creek Dam Project, where he had the unique opportunity to watch a new concrete dam be constructed from the ground up.

Delivering high-quality solutions for clients and supporting staff development are at the core of CR’s professional philosophy. As a leader, CR takes a collaborative, people-focused approach—empowering team members, encouraging open communication, and fostering an environment where individuals feel supported, challenged, and motivated to grow.

CR’s leadership style centers on developing people and helping them reach their full potential. Having completed Morrison-Maierle’s Leadership Alliance program, he brings a strong foundation in leadership and team development to his new role. Looking ahead, he is committed to growing the water-wastewater group, particularly in Missoula, and continuing to build a cohesive, high-performing team.

Outside of work, CR enjoys spending time with his family and balancing a busy professional career with life at home.
