John Lavey
As Morrison-Maierle’s Director of Strategic Marketing, John Lavey strengthens the connection between marketing and business strategy. Communication is at the center of our client relationships and successful projects. Along with his team, John works on ensuring Morrison-Maierle’s employee-owners have the tools they need to implement solid solutions for our clients.
He uses his background in community planning and experience working for a land-use-planning nonprofit to support Morrison-Maierle’s broader mission. He says, “building better communities are my life’s purpose, and there are many ways to influence and shape community growth. Marketing and communications are just one approach to take. From my vantage, I have seen how an effective strategy and communications plan can deliver excellent community benefits.”
Outside work, he stays active, coaching his two sons’ little league and soccer teams.
