Lauren Andrews

Lauren Andrews, PE, is a fisheries engineer specializing in channel design, large wood habitat structures, fish passage at road crossings, and environmental permitting for ESA-listed salmon and steelhead. As a licensed Professional Engineer in Idaho and Washington, she brings technical expertise to planning and developing solutions that support aquatic resources.

Lauren finds the most rewarding part of her work to be collaborating with biologists, landowners, and other partners to bring diverse perspectives together and work toward a common goal. This collaborative approach reflects Morrison-Maierle’s mission to create solutions that build better communities.

Beyond her project work, Lauren is actively involved with the Idaho Chapter of the American Fisheries Society (Idaho AFS), where she has served as secretary/treasurer and president over the past several years. Through this involvement, she continues to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the fisheries community.
