Rika Lashley

Rika Lashley enjoys coming to work, knowing that her efforts make a difference for her clients and community. She says, “getting to know and understand the clients we work for and designing projects that serve them and make their lives better makes my work feel meaningful.”

As a water-wastewater engineer, Rika specializes in finding solutions to wastewater-related problems, including analyzing and troubleshooting existing treatment processes, facility planning, and designing new processes. She is passionate about all aspects of wastewater treatment processes and facilities of all sizes and complexity levels.

Both in and out of work, she believes in Morrison-Maierle’s core purpose of creating solutions that build better communities. In her spare time, she volunteers with the neighborhood HOA Board.
