Todd Kenner is the recently retired President and Chief Executive Officer of RESPEC. A 100% employee-owned company, RESPEC is a global leader that provides solutions for business, mining, energy, water, natural resources, urban development, rural community development, infrastructure, and enterprise services. Before his tenure at RESPEC, he was the president of PBS&J Corporation, where he worked in Tampa, Florida, and Henderson, Nevada.
He has over 40 years of professional experience in engineering and business management and has built and led diverse teams with high accountability. Todd excels at organizational transformation, growth, and change management and has a proven track record for setting organizational vision and strategy with the ability to execute.
A graduate of the South Dakota Mines in civil engineering, Todd lives in Rapid City, South Dakota.
