Chandra McCarthy

After attending college in Alaska, Chandra was thrilled at the chance to build her career in Missoula near family. Her expertise is in mechanical design, and she likes helping old buildings begin new lives and designing new facilities to meet the latest community needs.

She values fulfilling work and finds it rewarding to design a project on a computer and then see it come to life. For her, the best part of her job is hearing from those who use the spaces she’s helped create. From travelers enjoying the new Missoula Airport, scientists performing their work better thanks to redesigned lab spaces, or students and parents appreciating their new or remodeled school, these spaces are one of the motivators in her career.

As part of our growing Buildings Market Group, Chandra’s team continuously seeks ways to add value to our projects, and she says, “it’s great seeing our solutions get built and make huge impacts on local communities.”
