Eric Webber

After starting his career with Morrison-Maierle in Montana, Eric moved to Oregon in 2020 to help open our Central Oregon office location. Since the fall of 2022, he has served as the Bend office’s Operations Manager.

He is passionate about the community and strives to get involved in local events. Since moving to Oregon, he has participated in the Leadership Bend program and serves on the Deschutes County Library Foundation Board. He is also involved with the Montana State Mechanical and Industrial Advisory Board, the Oregon Society of Healthcare Engineers (OSHE), and the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).

As a senior mechanical engineer, he specializes in sustainable design and education, airport terminals, and healthcare projects. He is grateful for the opportunity to mentor and lead a team of passionate and collaborative employee-owners in his up-and-coming office.
