Jessica Carps

Jessica Carps is the CEO of Skyline Enterprises, a 100% employee-owned general contractor specializing in commercial interior construction at scale. Jessica previously served as Skyline’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. She graduated from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan with a degree in accounting.

After an extensive search, Jessica was recommended by the Governance Nominating Committee (GNC) in August ‘22 and accepted by the Board and the ESOP Trustee in September ‘22. Her experience with and interest in employee ownership and ESOP matters make her an ideal addition to the Board.
