Molly Davidson

As the Natural Resources Market Group Leader, Molly Davidson supports our team as they integrate projects within the natural environment to help our clients achieve their goals.

Molly specializes in large, complex water resource projects focused on serving irrigation, stormwater, watershed, and tribal clients. She started with Morrison-Maierle in 1999 as an intern and says, “The firm’s culture of employee ownership, mentorship, and professional growth has fostered a thriving career.”

Passionate about building better communities both in and out of the office, Molly serves on the Montana Association of Dam and Canal Systems board. She also volunteers for the Alberton PTSA and the Peak Foundation and hosts many community events on her family’s flower farm.

She and her husband, Michael, own and operate Crescent Ridge Farm outside of Alberton and enjoy spending time outdoors with their daughter, Grace.
