Molly Davidson Promoted to Natural Resources Market Group Leader

We are pleased to announce that Molly Davidson has been selected to lead our Natural Resources Market Group.

Molly has been the Natural Resources Market Group Office Leader in our Missoula office since 2012. But her tenure with Morrison-Maierle spans a career that began while she attended Montana State University, seeking a degree in Civil Engineering with an option in Bio-Resources Engineering. She received her degree in 2000.

Molly came to Morrison-Maierle as a summer intern in 1999 and 2000, working out of our Bozeman office. She was hired full-time in the Missoula office in January 2001 and has worked with Morrison-Maierle ever since—going on 25 years.

Of her growth as a Morrison-Maierle employee-owner, Molly says “the firm’s culture of employee-ownership, mentorship, and professional growth has fostered a thriving career environment from intern to a Market Group Leader.”

Molly is a PE in MT and WY. As a senior design engineer and Project Manager, Molly is an expert who specializes in large, complex water resource projects focused on serving irrigation, stormwater, watershed, and tribal clients.

Molly’s decades of service to the firm have made a significant impression on those who work with her. “Molly knows our company and business as well as anyone in the firm and is always looking for ways improve and grow herself and her team,” says Kurt Keith, Morrison-Maierle’s Chief Client Services Officer.

We are thrilled to have Molly step up in this important capacity and bring her considerable knowledge to support the Natural Resources team and clients.
