Morrison-Maierle Announces Leadership Promotions
Morrison-Maierle is pleased to share news about important leadership promotions that will soon take place.
After eight years of exceptional leadership, Scott B. Murphy, President/CEO, will be stepping down from his position in May 2025. An employee-owner since 1998, he will remain with Morrison-Maierle in a supportive role to ensure a stable transition and continued success for Arian Bloomfield, who has been selected as the firm’s ninth President/CEO.
As the firm’s Buildings Market Group Leader since 2017, Arian brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success and growth. He will serve as President/CEO-elect until May 1, 2025, when he will assume the duties of his new role.
In conjunction with this transition, Tom Coburn will succeed Arian as Morrison-Maierle’s new Buildings Market Group Leader. Currently, Tom serves as the Kalispell office’s Buildings Market Group Office Leader and has been integral to that group’s overall success. His dedication to excellence makes him the ideal candidate to lead our largest market group into the future.
These changes reflect Morrison-Maierle’s commitment to fostering leadership development from within. As we look forward to our 80th anniversary in 2025, these changes also reflect our approach of providing a stable and continuous environment for our colleagues, clients, and communities.
We extend our deepest appreciation to Scott for his significant contributions to the company’s growth and success and are confident that under Arian’s and Tom’s leadership, Morrison-Maierle will continue to grow and thrive.
