Jaci Amend

As Proposals Manager, Jaci Amend focuses on developing thoughtful pursuit efforts that help Morrison-Maierle teams clearly communicate their value to clients. She specializes in pursuit planning and positioning, proposal development, team leadership and collaboration, process improvement, client-focused messaging, content initiatives, and marketing systems.

Jaci is passionate about bringing people, ideas, and expertise together to solve complex problems and create a clearer path forward. She enjoys understanding how teams work, asking thoughtful questions, and finding practical ways to improve processes, communication, and collaboration. She says, “I see my role as creating the structure and strategy that enable our technical experts to do what they do best. Better communities are built through strong relationships, thoughtful collaboration, and solutions grounded in a real understanding of the people they serve.”

Community involvement is important to Jaci outside of work as well. She has supported Foster Care Furniture, contributed to Boise’s District 19 community newsletter, and volunteered at The WaterShed’s annual Water Festival, a family-focused event that promotes water education and stewardship. She also enjoys supporting neighborhood and community activities in Boise’s North End.
