Jarad Koltiska

Jarad Koltiska, PE, is a senior airport engineer and the Airports Group Office Leader for Wyoming. He specializes in airport engineering and works with communities to plan, design, and deliver projects that improve safety, support economic development, and enhance airport operations.

Jarad finds the most rewarding part of his work is seeing projects evolve from an initial concept into infrastructure that provides lasting value for the communities it serves. He also enjoys building strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted resource throughout every stage of a project. By listening first, understanding each client’s goals, and delivering practical, sustainable solutions, Jarad helps create outcomes that reflect Morrison-Maierle’s mission to build better communities.

Outside of work, Jarad is an active member of the Sheridan hockey community. He serves as president of the Sheridan Amateur Hockey Association and volunteers as a coach for its 12U team, helping young athletes develop their skills both on and off the ice.
