More than 20 years into his career at Morrison-Maierle, Shaun Shea is passionate about supporting his clients and his team. As an expert in airport design, he enjoys working with clients to see their projects and visions come to life. And as the Airports Market Group Leader, he enjoys helping employee-owners continue their professional development to advance their careers.
As an integral part of several airport projects in western Montana, Shaun says, “I believe that the work we do with our airport clients improves the aviation community across the Northwest Mountain Region. Vital aviation infrastructure improves community economic development, provides additional travel access, and serves as a base for emergency operations like air ambulance, wildfire fighting, and search and rescue services.”
Outside work, Shaun stays active in the community, coaching youth sports teams and volunteering with various youth sports programs and the Missoula Foodbank.

Missoula Airport Passenger Terminal
Missoula, Montana
The Missoula Montana Airport hired Morrison-Maierle to help design their new passenger terminal. The new building increased airline capacity and improved safety and security for the airport.
Missoula Airport Runway Rehab LiDAR Survey
Missoula, Montana
The Missoula Montana Airport hired Morrison-Maierle to complete a comprehensive runway survey using LiDAR scanning.
Bert Mooney Airport Terminal
Butte, Montana
Morrison-Maierle was the prime consultant on this project and was hired to design the site civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural engineering for the Bert Mooney Airport.
