Travis Eickman

As our Bozeman Operations Manager, Travis Eickman focuses on supporting his staff and clients efficiently and practically. He is committed to seeing it through no matter how challenging the project is. His philosophy is that a project is not truly done until it is built and functioning. “It can be a long game that requires communication, coordination, and forward-thinking to bring the project to success.”

Travis specializes in airport projects, and for more than 25 years, he has enjoyed working with clients, contractors, and staff to complete projects that benefit the public. In addition to his technical work, he finds joy in leading a team of almost 100 employee-owners in our Bozeman office, one of our fastest growing in the company.

Outside work, he has volunteered with several community organizations, including the Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, and Gallatin Valley Food Bank. He also served in the MT Army National Guard for almost 10 years.
