Trent Pearson

Trent Pearson, PE, serves as Market Group Office Leader for Morrison-Maierle’s Great Falls/Helena Region Buildings team. As someone passionate about problem-solving, Trent feels at home in his career as a fire protection engineer. He finds collaborating with our clients to achieve their goals fulfilling and takes great pride in finding solutions that meet everyone’s needs.

With close to a decade of experience in fire protection, Trent is comfortable working in a variety of contexts, including commercial and public projects, airport terminals, schools, higher-education facilities, and multifamily developments.

“I feel a deep sense of fulfillment in contributing to projects that create a positive and lasting impact on our community,” he says. “Morrison-Maierle’s commitment to developing solutions that enhance the places where we live is inspiring.”

Trent is also passionate about building better communities outside of work and is currently participating in Leadership Helena while pursuing a master’s degree in engineering management at Montana Tech, with graduation planned for May 2027.
