Bozeman Gateway Subdivision
Morrison-Maierle provided site civil design services for the Bozeman Gateway Planned Unit Development (PUD) Commercial Subdivision in Bozeman, Montana. The Bozeman Gateway Subdivision is a 72-acre mixed use development on the west side of Bozeman. Our work included project entitlement through the City of Bozeman; road design (including Fowler Avenue, West Garfield Street, South 29th Avenue); water, sewer, and storm sewer design; site grading and drainage design; traffic engineering; project permitting; survey support; and construction management. We have worked on three major site plans located within the Bozeman Gateway Subdivision:
- Rosauers Supermarket, a 65,000 square foot building on 5.5 acres;
- Kohl’s, a 55,000 square foot building on 4.0 acres; and
- Morrison-Maierle’s Bozeman Office Building, a 39,000 square foot building on 3.75 acres.
