    Morrison-Maierle offers flexible work options and guidelines to give employee-owners flexibility around their work schedules and locations. These guidelines address the importance of social interaction among colleagues while meeting the needs of our clients, coworkers, and the firm.

    Our incentive compensation philosophy recognizes employee-owners contributions to the firm’s growth and success. Incentive compensation is available to all employee-owners.

    HSA employer contributions

    Our Health Savings Accounts (HSA) work with our High Deductible Health Plans (HDHP). Each year, employee-owners can decide how much they want to put away through pre-tax payroll deductions, which are theirs to keep. Unused funds—all tax-free—roll over each year or can be used for qualified expenses currently or later in retirement.

  • Dependent care assistance program

    The Dependent Care FSA enables you to pay out-of-pocket work-related daycare expenses with pre-tax dollars for dependents under 13.

  • Worksite wellness program

    Worksite wellness program

    Our wellness partner helps employee-owners and their families optimize their health. We offer onsite health screenings and yearly confidential health risk assessments.

    Our EAP offers confidential counseling to staff and immediate family members for health, personal or work-related issues.

    Morrison-Maierle pays 100% of this benefit for all employee-owners. Employee-owners also have the option to pay for additional coverage.

  • Short- and long-term disability insurance

    Coverage is based on weekly or monthly income and is paid in full by Morrison-Maierle.

    Everyone at Morrison-Maierle participates in the ESOP and is offered a generous 401(k) and financial services.

    All employee-owners are eligible for personal time off on an accrual basis. It covers vacation and sick leave needs.
