Volker Riedlinger

As our Chief Information Officer, Volker Riedlinger finds designing technology around a people-focused culture rewarding. Working in the fast-moving and rapidly changing landscape of IT, Volker says technology roles have changed and now require focusing on organizational opportunities, process optimization, and risk management—all things he will pursue as he works toward Morrison-Maierle’s mission to build better communities.

With 25 years of experience, Volker’s philosophy of IT-based innovation and dedication “directly reflects the work we are engaged in.” He is passionate about collaboration to provide positive outcomes for our clients and communities.

As a relatively new employee-owner, he says, “I look forward to providing my skillsets around process optimization, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration with our amazing teams.”

Based in Helena, Montana, Volker and his wife have two daughters and enjoy running and mountain biking on the area’s vast trail system.
