As someone passionate about problem-solving, Trent Pearson feels at home in his career as a fire protection engineer. He finds collaborating with our clients to achieve their goals fulfilling and takes great pride in finding solutions that meet everyone’s needs.

With more than six years of experience in fire protection, Trent is comfortable working in a variety of contexts, including government, education, libraries, public safety, residential, industrial, and aviation projects.

“I feel a deep sense of fulfillment in contributing to projects that create a positive and lasting impact on our community,” he says. “Morrison-Maierle’s commitment to developing solutions that enhance the places where we live is inspiring.”

Trent is also passionate about building better communities outside of work, and in his free time, he volunteers with the Bozeman Warming Center. He also enjoys hiking, camping, snowboarding, and traveling.
