
Morrison-Maierle Announces Two New Board of Directors Members
Morrison-Maierle has named Travis Eickman and Todd Kenner as the newest members of its Board of Directors. Eickman will serve a two-year term and Kenner a three-year term, beginning in 2025-26.
Travis is a Morrison-Maierle Vice President and the Bozeman Operations Manager. He is an airport engineer with experience in airport planning and design, primarily in small and general aviation airports. Previously, he was a U.S. Army Engineer Officer and served in Montana’s Army National Guard.
Todd will serve as an independent director. He is the recently retired President and Chief Executive Officer of RESPEC. He has over 40 years of experience in engineering and business management and has built and led diverse teams with high accountability.


Arian Bloomfield stepped off the board to serve as President and CEO. He has been a member since 2020 and also served on the Audit, ESOP, and Executive committees. Julie Shiflett, independent director, reached term limits after serving since 2014.
Morrison-Maierle’s Board of Directors and its ESOP discretionary trustee, GreatBanc, elects its BOD members each year to enhance the governance and guide the company’s strategic direction.
