Community Support in 2021 To us, the phrase “building better communities” does not stop with our projects. Employee Ownership in 2021 Since 1945, Morrison-Maierle has been employee-owned in one manner or another, and since 2017, we have been 100% employee-owned. This means that on your first day, you are a part-owner of our company. Employee-owners become fully vested after six years of service.
