Bob Morrison ENR Legacy Award Winer

Bob Morrison Selected as 2021 Legacy Award Winner

Bob Morrison was recently chosen as the 2021 Intermountain Legacy Award Winner by Engineering News-Record (ENR). He is the first Montanan to receive this honor.

Bob is the former president of Morrison-Maierle, a consulting firm seeking to build better communities through engineering, planning, survey, and science. He served as president from 2006 through 2016, and over that time, he stewarded the company’s growth through his steady leadership and clear vision.

Bob Morrison, right, along with Nancy Cormier of Morrison-Maierle and Jason Egeline of CWG Architects, helped raise money for several community parks throughout the Helena, Montana, area. Morrison-Maierle’s giving priorities are far and wide, but most often given to efforts to support kids and education.

This award caps a notable career in engineering, where Bob specialized in water and wastewater treatment. There is an excellent chance that many readers of this article are beneficiaries of Bob’s work in some way, as his contributions have had a profound effect on many Montana communities.

A graduate of Montana State University, Bob retired in December 2021, marking 43 years in the industry.

Congratulations Bob!
