In 2024, Morrison-Maierle helped build better communities by donating our time and money to a range of charitable causes and organizations. This supports one of our key strategic plan objectives: being community-focused and engaged.

Last year, we donated over 10% of our net operating profit through cash donations and compensated time. That equates to just over $350,000. This total comes from a combination of sources:

  • Local donations selected by our individual offices.
  • Company-matched donations—Morrison-Maierle matches individual employee-owner contributions up to $300/year.
  • Companywide donations that support our mission of building better communities, including giving a total of $40,000 to the Wounded Warrior Project, Habitat for Humanity, and the Humane Society as part of our annual Season of Sharing campaign.
  • Pro bono and donated time.
  • Volunteer time off and company-sponsored volunteer efforts.
