Morrison-Maierle Announces Operations Leadership Promotions
Following Morrison-Maierle’s news about its new President/CEO, we are also pleased to announce that more leadership promotions will take place in May 2025.
After seven years of exceptional leadership as Morrison-Maierle’s Chief Operations Officer, Carl Anderson will retire in May 2025. An employee-owner since 2004, he has started working with Ryan Jones, who has been selected as the next COO.
Serving as the firm’s Kalispell-Great Falls Operations Manager since 2013 and a member of the Board of Directors, Ryan brings a unique perspective as he managed two offices in one business unit where he focused on building business and encouraging professional growth opportunities for employee-owners in those offices. He will serve as COO-elect until May 1, 2025, when he will assume the duties of his new role.
As a result of Ryan’s promotion, Ben Miller has been named Morrison-Maierle’s new Kalispell-Great Falls Operations Manager. Throughout his career, Ben has demonstrated a passion for business development and a commitment to the success of our employee-owners and operations. He has a strong network and is focused on building and maintaining relationships with employee-owners, clients, and the community.

These changes reflect our commitment to encouraging and educating future leaders and recruiting those who want to build their professional careers at Morrison-Maierle. Now in its 80th year, we focus on providing a stable and continuous environment for our colleagues, clients, and communities.
We sincerely appreciate Carl’s significant contributions to the company’s growth and success. We are confident that under Ryan’s and Ben’s leadership, Morrison-Maierle will continue to grow and thrive.
