Dylan Junjak Named Kalispell-Great Falls Buildings Leader
We are pleased to announce that Dylan Junjak has been selected as our new Great Falls/Kalispell Buildings MGOL. His strong work ethic and ability to consistently uphold our core values stand out among the reasons why he was selected for this position. Dylan leads by example with a one-company mindset and is ready to step up and take on this opportunity.
Growing up in Kalispell, Dylan always knew that wherever his education and adventures took him, he wanted to one day return to the Flathead Valley. With a strong interest in solving problems—and wanting to “break the mold of MSU grads”—he attended Montana Tech and earned a degree in engineering.
On the advice of his dad, who recommended he explore internship opportunities at Morrison-Maierle, Dylan joined the Kalispell office in 2017. Upon graduating from Tech’s mechanical engineering program in 2018, Dylan became a full-time employee-owner and has been here ever since.
Dylan recently expanded his company involvement in 2023 when he applied and was selected as the newest member of our ESOP Administrative Committee.
Outside of work, Dylan is either with his family (most of whom live in the Kalispell area), recreating (ice fishing in the winter and relaxing at Flathead Lake in the summer), or with his five-month-old German Shepherd pup, Atlas.
Dylan is heavily invested in our people and their success. In his new role, Dylan intends to promote our one-company mindset and employee-ownership culture to support his team and help Morrison-Maierle grow.
“I want to promote growth in all aspects of our business,” he explained. This includes helping his team members build their careers, creating opportunities for his group to grow as a team, and expanding our services and client base.
As the new Great Falls/Kalispell Buildings MGOL, Dylan replaces Tom Coburn, who was recently named Morrison-Maierle’s Buildings Market Group Leader. “I’m excited to see Dylan thrive in this new role,” said Tom. “His steady, calm demeanor and continuous focus on doing the right thing will help us all improve.”
Please join us in congratulating Dylan as we look forward to continued success through his leadership.
