To maximize the resources and talents of the Great Falls and Kalispell offices, the Corporate Leadership Team (CLT) and Kalispell Operations Manager Ryan Jones have worked together to combine the offices as a regional unit. This decision reflects our one-company mindset as detailed in our Clarity’25 Strategic Plan.

Between Kalispell and Great Falls, we have 36 employee-owners. Ryan has moved to Great Falls and will lead these talented individuals and the new management team in both offices. The following employee-owners have been selected to help guide our new Kalispell-Great Falls regional unit.
