To address our growing needs within Morrison-Maierle, we are pleased to announce two recent leadership transitions for senior staff members in Helena.

Jona Parriman has been named the new Great Falls/Helena Regional Operations Manager as part of the company’s efforts to regionalize its operations. Formerly Morrison-Maierle’s Financial Manager, Parriman will oversee operations in both offices, focusing on unifying the two locations as one cohesive region. Her priorities include strengthening project-level accountability, fostering a collaborative and supportive culture, and mentoring the next generation of business and technical leaders.

This transition has created an opportunity for Jeff Ashley to become the company’s first Water Treatment Technical Leader after serving as the Helena Operations Manager since 2020. In this role, he will help shape the company’s technical strategies and lead improvement efforts for our water treatment clients. In addition to leading the Helena office, Jeff was a project manager for over 25 years for water treatment projects.

Arian Bloomfield, President/CEO, stated that introducing technical leaders, such as Jeff, at Morrison-Maierle is a significant step toward expanding our services while providing pathways for our highly skilled and experienced employee-owners to continue advancing their careers.

Morrison-Maierle Chief Operating Officer Ryan Jones said Jona’s combination of business acumen, financial expertise, and people-first leadership made her the right choice for the new Great Falls/Helena regional operations manager position. “Jona has deep roots in our company and community and is committed to building a strong, unified team in Great Falls and Helena.”

We are grateful to both Jona and Jeff for continuing to bring their decades of experience to our Helena and Great Falls offices and water treatment clients.
