QRS Consulting FAQs

What does this acquisition mean for clients?

Clients will continue working with the same teams they know, now supported by additional technical resources and expertise. The goal is to expand capability without changing the client experience.

Will QRS continue operating in Boise?

Yes. QRS will remain based in Boise, and its current leadership and staff will continue serving clients locally.

Are there changes to existing project contacts or teams?

All project contacts, project managers, and teams remain unchanged for QRS and Morrison-Maierle clients. Additional resources and expertise are available, if needed.

Why did Morrison‑Maierle and QRS decide to come together?

Both firms share a similar approach to client service and professional standards. The combination allows them to better serve clients by increasing depth, capacity, and collaboration opportunities. Staff from both organizations will have additional opportunities to build their skillsets and grow their careers within Morrison-Maierle’s ESOP structure.

Does this affect current projects or schedules?

No. Projects will continue as planned, with the same teams responsible for delivery. Any future updates that affect clients or partners will be communicated directly and transparently.

I have more questions. Who can I talk to?

QRS project and staffing inquiries can be directed to Chris Boyd at cboyd@qrsllc.com. All other inquiries can be directed to John Lavey at jlavey@m-m.net.
