Eric Heidebrecht is a senior structural engineer with over a decade of experience. As Morrison-Maierle’s structural practice area leader, Eric thrives on working with passionate and creative teams to design spaces that enable community members to learn, grow, heal, and thrive. He believes that successful engineering solutions balance function and aesthetics, asserting that the most effective designs are often neither the cheapest nor the most elaborate.

A proud Leadership Bend Class of 2025 member, Eric is committed to connecting with his community and ensuring their needs and aspirations are woven into every project. Beyond his professional pursuits, he fosters teamwork and sportsmanship as a youth soccer coach.
