Jim Scoles

As our Transportation Market Group Leader, Jim Scoles takes pride in improving infrastructure. Throughout his over 25 years of experience in bridge design, he has worked on various award-winning projects for multiple agencies, including the Cabinet Gorge Bridge and Kootenai Falls Swinging Bridge.

His work has taken him all around the Northwest. He is a registered professional engineer (PE) in Montana, Wyoming, Arizona, California, and Idaho and a registered structural engineer (SE) in Utah. With expertise in steel and concrete bridge design, structural analysis, bridge rehabilitation, structural inspection, bridge seismic retrofitting, and many other transportation and hydraulic structures, he can support his clients with nearly any type of bridge project.

Jim is passionate about passing knowledge on to the next generation of engineers, and his close-knit team appreciates his conscientious approach to leadership and bridge design.
