Jona Parriman

As the Helena/Great Falls Region Operations Manager, Jona Parriman leads a multi-office team in western Montana. With degrees in management, finance, and accounting, she has consistently demonstrated strength in building teams, guiding financial decisions, and supporting business growth.

Jona brings a unique blend of experience and perspective to this role. Her career path includes co-owning a construction business for 14 years, extensive work in finance and human resources, and more than a decade of leadership at Morrison-Maierle. She describes herself as someone who leads with responsibility and relationships—dependable, approachable, and motivated by helping others succeed. At the same time, she’s goal-driven and confident in making tough decisions when needed. As she put it best: “I want to work hard, get things done, and have fun.”

Outside work, she enjoys all that Montana has to offer—from skiing and hiking to biking and relaxing at the lake. She shares these adventures with her husband, Corey, and their children: Ashlyn, Seth, and Kayla.
