As our Proposals Manager, Tori Gleich takes pride in helping set the stage for successful projects by participating in the prequalification and proposal development process, assisting with the selection of teams for pursuits, and aligning our experience to demonstrate to clients the value of choosing Morrison-Maierle as their project partner. Tori has 32 years of experience in consulting engineering and survey services via business administration, prequalification of services, proposal development, office management, community engagement, team mentorship, and supervision. Tori’s favorite type of proposal involves the Alternative Contracting process, which involves teams that include engineers, surveyors, contractors, and clients. Whether working internally or externally, she is committed to delivering the highest level of client service, tailoring her approach to each unique environment.
