Chuck Davis Named Industrial Market Group Leader

We are pleased to announce that Chuck Davis has been selected as our new Industrial Market Group Leader.

Chuck is based in our Great Falls office and has been a dedicated employee-owner at Morrison-Maierle for 25 years, with nine years working in the Industrial Group. Originally from Power, MT, Chuck’s roots and family remain close to Great Falls, reflecting his deep connection to our region and our firm.

When asked about his motivation for taking on this role, Chuck shared, “I am an achiever.” He’s invested significant time and effort into the group and is passionate about leading and supporting our talented team. His vision is to grow the group, expand business development and client experience efforts, and diversify market presence. He recognizes the need to broaden our staff and skill base to meet these opportunities.

Chuck’s leadership philosophy centers on leading by example, encouraging others, and being a proactive team player. He is committed to developing our project management, technical, and business development capacity, and values the “doers” who drive our projects forward.

Chuck is eager to live up to the aspirations of his colleagues and continue our tradition of excellence. For our clients, he assures that our team remains intact and ready to support their needs. The transition will be seamless, and we will maintain our strong relationships and continue to earn their trust.
