Riley Olson, who works in our Gillette office was recently promoted as our Wyoming Water-Wastewater Market Group Office Leader (MGOL).

A licensed PE in Montana and Wyoming, Riley came to work for us in May 2016 and served as a design engineer since then. He’s been working on several projects, most notably the Gillette 2020 Water Main Replacement Project, West End Water Treatment Project in addition to “several projects throughout Gillette that I can see where our improvements made a big difference on a regular basis,” he said.

After graduating from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in Rapid City, SD, he was excited to come to work for Morrison-Maierle where he has “had the opportunity to grow and develop professionally much faster than I would have anywhere else. There is a solid network of support throughout the firm and the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects, both big and small. It seems like I get the chance to work on something new every week and I have been lucky enough to be placed in a position to give the same opportunities to others in my group.”
