As of December 31, 2025, Morrison-Maierle Systems has been purchased by three employee-owners. A subsidiary of Morrison-Maierle, the company is a leading provider of managed IT services in Montana and has been in business since the 1980s.

Shaun Brown, President/CEO; Teresa Thomson, Client Coordinator; and John Thomas, Project Coordinator, all longtime employee-owners who have been part of the leadership team and have been actively involved in day-to-day operations, are the new owners.

Going forward, the company will be known as Systems Technology Consultants and plans to retain all existing staff, service, and leadership. It will continue to offer services throughout the state of Montana with offices in Missoula, Helena, and Billings.
